What to expect.
A clear process helps us give you an accurate estimate, reserve the right amount of time, and arrive fully prepared.
Walkthrough & Estimate
Before providing an estimate, Karla will need to do a walkthrough of your home. This helps her understand your needs and give you the most accurate price. If you only need certain areas cleaned, photos or videos are required. There is a $100 minimum, and small one-time tasks are not accepted.
Scheduling & Booking
After the walkthrough—or once your photos or videos have been reviewed—you'll receive your estimate. If everything looks good, we'll schedule your cleaning and reserve your spot.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Supplies & Equipment
Karla brings all of her own cleaning supplies and professional equipment. If you prefer that she use your products or tools, just let her know.
